| Case Management Staff offers a wide-range of comprehensive services to the families. Weekly meetings are scheduled to: monitor progress, assist accessing community resources, assist with financial management, and refer for their medical, academic, legal, vocational, developmental, emotional, and social needs. Ultimately, they are establishing pathways for families to become self-sufficient and to obtain housing permanency.
