Rio Hondo Temporary Home has an internship program in which student interns from Accredited Social Work programs are supervised by the Clinical Supervisor as they accrue their internship hours. Student interns provide clinical case management services for the residents and outreach to the community by attending community collaborative meetings. In addition, they provide on-site psychoeducational groups (i.e. parenting, self-help) for residents.
