Time in program is one year.
What does my family need to do to qualify for services?
First of all, the family must meet the criteria of homelessness as based on the federal guideline for homelessness. Other qualifications for services will be dependent on the family’s situation. Each family is case specific and Case Managers will assess each one.

How much does it cost to reside in your program?
No cost
Do you take domestic violence clients?
Any adult who is currently involved in a domestic violence situation must go to a domestic violence shelter first. Any adult who has a history of domestic violence is eligible.
Does your program take teenagers?
Yes. Children from ages birth to seventeen are eligible.
What is the set up of your program?
Each family is provided with a room that is comparable to their family size.
Do you have any referrals that can assist my family/clients?
Referrals are provided that are based on a case by case assessment.
Do you take clients that are pregnant?
Women who are currently pregnant are not eligible and are referred to a maternity home.
Do you take clients that are on parole or probation?
This is dependent on the crime that was committed. Violent crime offenders are not eligible.
How long do you have to be clean and sober to apply for your program?
Any family member who is a recovering alcoholic or substance user must have completed a treatment program.
Length of the program will be assessed on a case by case basis.

What are the necessary initial documentations?
A valid California identification card(s), social security card(s) and birth certificate(s)
How long does it take to get into your program?
The process takes about 2-3 weeks (depends on the room availability).
